For the past several weeks there's been reports of Tumblr raising a boatload of money. That culminated today in an a SEC filing with numbers on the round. $25 million to be exact. It look like Spark Capital, Sequoia, Union Square Ventures, and Next New Network's Fred Seibert participated in the round according to the filing.
